One example of this is award-winning artisan baker Mark Bennett. We have previously completed projects for Mark at his Patisserie Mark Bennett locations in Lilliput, Broadstone and Ashley Cross. So when he made the decision to open a brand new patisserie in Christchurch he knew exactly who to call to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
This project involved fitting all of the fixtures and components within the patisserie alongside completing all other aspects of the electrical installations, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fittings and flooring installation. We definitely had to utilise our entire range of services to get this job done.
We were also faced with the complication of working on this project during the coronavirus lockdown, which of course brought added difficulties. However, where there’s a will there’s a way and we simply put our heads down and got on with it. We were thrilled with the final product and feel we achieved exactly what we set out to do.
