From the start Oli was open and honest around the costs along with issues that could be faced along the way and aspects of the work that were outside of his remit (adjustments to the roof tiles). Issues were encountered during the work, but these were discussed and options given to resolve. All in all, I’m very happy with the work that was completed or the price that was quoted (even with the additions for the issues encountered along the way). They were both very polite and extremely tidy.

He is very friendly and got it sorted quickly, even waiting while we had to swap the fan we had bought for a different model.
