Terms & Conditions

1. Validity of Quotation

This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period if the quotation has not been accepted.

2. Scope of Works

The quotation is based on the details provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation. Items not explicitly mentioned in the quotation are not included.

3. Payment Terms

Design Fee – £500
Due: Upon acceptance of quotation
Purpose: Covers administrative costs, design development, and production of CGI visualisations

Mobilisation Payment – 25% of total project cost
Due: Prior to commencement of works
Purpose: Secures project scheduling, initiates procurement of materials, and covers initial labour

Project Start Payment – 25% of total project cost
Due: On the day work commences
Purpose: Contributes to ongoing labour and material expenses

Final Payment – 50% of total project cost
Due: Upon project completion and final client inspection
Purpose: Settlement of remaining labour and material costs

All payments must be made within 24hrs of the due date. Late payments may incur interest at 3% per month.

4. Site Access and Client Obligations

The client must ensure the work area is clear and safe access to the worksite for the duration of the project. Any delays caused by the client, including lack of access, may result in additional charges.

5. Approvals

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain all necessary approvals unless otherwise agreed.

6. Variations and Additional Work

Any variations or additional work requested by the client will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before commencement. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen circumstances such as hidden defects or structural issues.

7. Materials and Workmanship

All materials will be of standard quality unless specified otherwise in the quotation. Champion projects craftsman warranty is for a period of 12 months after completion. Materials used will all have their own warranty period.

8. Health and Safety

The contractor will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. The client is responsible for notifying the contractor of any known hazards on-site.

9. Delays

The contractor will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond their control, including adverse weather, material shortages, or third-party delays.

10. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the client, any costs incurred by the contractor up to the cancellation date will be payable by the client.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through mediation or arbitration.
