Highcliffe – Ground Floor Renovation

At the end of last year, we were tasked with the exciting challenge of transforming the ground floor of a modern home into a stunningly renovated space.  The project, which took eight weeks to complete in November and December, focused on a complete ground floor renovation.  This would involve the design and installation of a bespoke kitchen and utility, media wall, Amtico flooring and brick slip feature walls, alongside electrical and plastering work.

The clients, Matt and Clair Tuson, discovered Champion Projects on Google and were impressed by our excellent reviews, so decided to enlist our help with their renovation project.  Our expert team was eager to turn their vision to reality, and listened closely to their ideas which they shared in an in-depth consultation.  They presented us with rough drawings and a Pinterest mood board they had created which gave us a clear insight into their stylistic preferences and functional requirements.  After carefully reviewing their ideas, we offered an initial pricing estimate, ensuring the project would align with their budget while still delivering the high quality they desired.  Once a final price was agreed, we were able to commence the work.

One of the standout features of this project was the bespoke kitchen and utility area tailored to the client’s requirements.  The open plan design of the space allowed for a seamless transition from the living area into the kitchen, creating a space that was not only highly functional but also contemporary and inviting.  A stunning brick slip feature wall added warmth and texture to the living space, resulting in a sleek modern appearance with a touch of rustic charm.

Champion Projects handled all elements of the renovation, including the plastering, electrical work and final decoration.  The media wall was installed with integrated lighting and a designated area for a flat-screen TV, enhancing the living room by combining practicality with contemporary style.  Upon completion, the client was thrilled with their fully refurbished ground floor, praising the high standard of our work and professionalism of the team.
